Image Classification with SVM for CMOS Sensor Generating a Vector Image

چکیده
In the coming Internet of Things (IoT) era, it is important to reduce volume data being output by sensors as well their power consumption. Since conventional image sensor for photography are often redundant in AI applications, that can lightweight use needed. this work, we propose a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) (CIS) pixel circuit extract intensity gradients without analog memories. The available histogram oriented (HoG) features amount used classification. We performed experiments evaluate whether HoG calculated outputs from our pixels were suitable classification tasks. A support vector machine (SVM) classifier was trained with simulated human detection accuracy. also evaluated accuracy when quantized using "low bit decimation" and "value clipping" data. Our experimental results indicated highest 99.55% achieved 2-bit-width value clipping 4 × cells.

Neural Monitoring With CMOS Image Sensors
Implantable image sensors have several biomedical applications due to their miniature size, light weight, and low power consumption achieved through sub-micron standard CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) technologies. The main applications are in specific cell labeling, neural activity detection, and biomedical imaging. In this paper the recent research studies on implantable CMOS i...

We present a 6464-pixel CMOS image sensor chip that can acquire a 16-gray-level image containing both spatial and temporal information of the moving luminous object under observation. The image can next be processed using any image processing software in order to determine the speed, trajectory, and direction of motion of the moving object. The architecture of the sensor and an example of its a...

The advent of Machine Learning as a Service (MLaaS) makes it possible to outsource a visual object recognition task to an external (e.g. cloud) provider. However, outsourcing such an image classification task raises privacy concerns, both from the image provider’s perspective, who wishes to keep their images confidential, and from the classification algorithm provider’s perspective, who wishes ...
متن کاملSample-oriented Domain Adaptation for Image Classification
Image processing is a method to perform some operations on an image, in order to get an enhanced image or to extract some useful information from it. The conventional image processing algorithms cannot perform well in scenarios where the training images (source domain) that are used to learn the model have a different distribution with test images (target domain). Also, many real world applicat...
